Overview
AxiaChat AI offers several plans depending on the scale of use, integrations required, and level of support. All plans include the core AI chatbot technology, support for multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), RAG training with website content or documents, WooCommerce compatibility, customizable chatbot UI, analytics, and unlimited lead capture and appointment booking using the built-in tools.
Lead and appointment integrations include Google Sheets, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Bookly, Amelia, Simply Schedule Appointments, and Google Calendar.
Free Plan
The Free plan includes the full core functionality of AxiaChat AI and is suitable for most small websites.
- Allows 1 chatbot running on 1 WordPress site
- Does not include technical support
- Does not include GDPR compliance tools
Starter Plan
The Starter plan adds features required for more professional deployments.
- Allows 2 chatbots per site and can be used on 2 WordPress sites
- Includes technical support
- Includes GDPR compliance tools
- Enables JavaScript embed (to use the chatbot on any website)
- Enables MCP server integrations and webhooks
Standard Plan
The Standard plan is designed for growing businesses and agencies.
- Allows unlimited chatbots per site and can be used on 5 WordPress sites
- Priority technical support
- White label customization (modify the "Powered by" footer)
Professional Plan
The Professional plan is intended for agencies or larger deployments.
- Allows unlimited chatbots per site and can be used on 20 WordPress sites
- Everything included in the Standard plan
- Adds LiveChat — allows a human agent to take over conversations in real time while preserving the conversation history
- Priority technical support

Plugin Versions and Licensing
AxiaChat AI is distributed in two different plugin packages.
WordPress.org Version (GPL)
The version available on WordPress.org is the official GPL version of the plugin.
You can install it directly from the WordPress plugin directory or download the ZIP file from WordPress.org. This version includes the core chatbot features and several free add-ons that are also released under the GPL license.
For many websites, this version is sufficient to run a fully functional AI chatbot.
Premium Version (Freemius)
When purchasing a paid plan, you will receive a premium plugin ZIP file by email from Freemius.
This premium version includes additional features that are not available in the WordPress.org package, such as:
- Advanced integrations
- LiveChat
- Extended multi-site limits
- Premium add-ons
Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
All payments, subscriptions, license management, and refunds are handled exclusively through Freemius.
Freemius acts as the official billing platform for AxiaChat AI and provides:
- Secure checkout
- License key management
- Subscription management
- Refund processing
- Payment receipts and invoices
Any billing-related request (refunds, subscription changes, payment issues) is processed through the Freemius system.
Add-ons
AxiaChat AI supports modular add-ons that extend the capabilities of the chatbot. These add-ons are distributed in two categories.
Free Add-ons (GPL)
Some add-ons are free and released under the GPL license. They are already included inside the WordPress.org version of the plugin.
These add-ons can be enabled directly in:
AxiaChat AI → Settings → Add-ons
No additional download is required.
Premium Add-ons
Other add-ons are premium features included in the Freemius premium version of the plugin.
These add-ons become available automatically when:
- The premium plugin is installed
- A valid license is activated
Premium add-ons typically include advanced integrations, automation features, or enterprise-level capabilities.
Do I Need to Uninstall the Free Version?
No. However, you should deactivate the WordPress.org version before activating the premium version.
When you purchase a paid plan, you will receive a premium plugin ZIP file from Freemius. Install it from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Once installed:
- Deactivate the WordPress.org (GPL) version of the plugin
- Activate the premium version
Will I Lose My Settings When Upgrading to Premium?
No. Upgrading to the premium version does not delete your configuration.
Both the WordPress.org (GPL) version and the premium Freemius version use the same database settings inside WordPress.
This means all your existing data is preserved, including:
- Chatbot configuration
- Training context and indexed content
- Conversation logs
- Leads and appointments
- Usage limits and analytics
When you activate the premium plugin, it simply unlocks additional features while using the same stored settings.
